Join our Aviation Safety Academy as a Key Account Manager (KAM) and play a pivotal role in propelling our global brand forward. As part of our dedicated Account Team, you will assist clients in pinpointing the ideal training solutions tailored to their requirements, utilizing our comprehensive portfolio delivered through both in-person and virtual courses.
Each KAM will be responsible for a selection of Key Accounts and a defined Territory, focusing on expansion and development.
Team Dynamics
You will thrive in a collaborative environment, reporting to the Commercial Director while receiving daily support from the Senior Account Manager and the Team Leader to enhance Academy Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed individual sales targets while actively contributing to the overall Academy team goals through high engagement metrics, including call volume and conversion rates.
Provide professional responses to all inbound training inquiries (via web, email, phone, and referrals) within established service level agreements.
Strategically manage your sales territory to cultivate new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts.
Effectively convert leads generated from marketing initiatives, referrals, and events into viable sales opportunities.
Collaborate with consultants and the Product team to ensure all client inquiries are addressed with the most suitable training solutions.
Maintain consistency in our terms of business and ensure payment is secured prior to course attendance.
Utilize our CRM system to manage all inquiries efficiently.
