Candidates should possess over three years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B settings, and be fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.Your Responsibilities:Manage and execute the Malaysia field marketing calendar, covering industry events, networking opportunities, vendor coordination, and lead capture post-events.Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to define audience targeting, manage invitations, and oversee follow-up processes after events.Design and implement joint marketing initiatives with key partners, including webinars, email campaigns, social media outreach, and tailored B2B content.Create and maintain marketing toolkits for partners, which include one-pagers, pitch decks, and landing pages customized for the Malaysian SME and Growth sectors.Oversee the production of localized case studies and customer narratives by working with writers, designers, and external agencies.Localize global brand messaging and assets—such as nurture emails and event materials—to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance within the Malaysian market.Support performance marketing and competitor analysis by providing local insights, creative briefs, and quality assurance for copy and tracking links.Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track lead generation, opportunity pipelines, and the overall ROI from marketing activities in Malaysia.Manage the asset repository for Malaysia, ensuring that all content is organized, current, and effectively utilized across partner and sales channels.Your Profile:A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.Over three years of marketing experience, particularly in field marketing, partner marketing, or integrated campaigns; experience in B2B Fintech or SaaS is highly desirable.Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and professional proficiency in English are essential for effective localization and stakeholder engagement.Proven success in executing events and content programs that directly drive sales pipelines and revenue growth.Comfortable managing the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and briefing to detailed operations and vendor management.Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent workstreams with high efficiency.
