Databricks, Inc. is expanding in France and hiring a Named Hunter Account Executive based in Paris. This sales role plays a key part in building revenue and growing Databricks’ presence in the region.
What You Will Do
- Promote the Databricks Unified Analytics Platform, powered by Spark, and help establish the Databricks brand across multiple industries.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both independently and alongside the Databricks Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders, guiding them through evaluation and purchasing steps.
- Consistently exceed targets for activity, pipeline development, and annual revenue.
- Work closely with local partners, including technology partners, ISVs, SIs, and GSIs, to drive business.
- Support customer success and drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Shape and execute a territory strategy with a focus on the public sector and other key industries.
What We Look For
- Experience selling into defined verticals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to communicate product value clearly to customers and partners.
- Strong prospecting skills and a track record of securing new accounts while growing existing relationships.
