As the Office Manager at Tacto, you will be the driving force behind our office's vibrant atmosphere. Your role is crucial in enabling a team of approximately 110 dedicated professionals to focus on transforming the future of industrial procurement. You will manage everything that contributes to an exceptional office environment, from maintaining a well-stocked kitchen to organizing unforgettable team events. You are instrumental in fostering a workspace that enhances productivity, boosts team morale, and attracts top talent in Munich. Your contributions will resonate with every member of our company on a daily basis.
Your Responsibilities
- Overseeing the office experience: Ensure our Sandstrasse office is always immaculate, organized, and inviting. Regularly conduct checks, proactively resolve issues, and liaise with building management and cleaning services without waiting for prompts.
- Vendor and service provider management: Serve as the primary contact for all external parties, including landlords, maintenance teams, and service providers. Establish strong relationships, coordinate effectively, and ensure seamless operations.
- Supplies and equipment management: Keep track of inventory, from snacks and beverages to technology, and maintain the supply room, ensuring that no employee is ever without the tools they need.
- Team support: Be the friendly point of contact for all office-related inquiries, addressing them promptly and with a positive attitude to ensure everyone feels valued.
- Creating meaningful experiences: Celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and new hires with personalized gestures that resonate with the team. Your taste and creativity will help make these moments special.
- Event organization: Plan enjoyable team events, from monthly culture initiatives to major quarterly celebrations. Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance & Operations and the Chief of Staff to align on vision and budget.
