Jacuzzi Group is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Miami, Florida. This role focuses on guiding homeowners through bath and shower remodel options, with a schedule that includes full-time weekday hours and every other Saturday. No cold calling or prospecting is required; all appointments are pre-scheduled.
Role Overview
- Lead in-home consultations for customers interested in bathroom remodeling
- Assess client needs and recommend remodeling solutions tailored to each home
- Build trust through attentive service and clear communication
- Use closing skills to navigate complex sales discussions
- Work toward or exceed established sales goals
- Take accurate measurements for baths, showers, jetted tubs, and conversions
- Attend scheduled appointments provided by the company
- Complete other assigned tasks as needed
Compensation
- First-year earning potential starts at $120,000+, with top performers earning over $200,000 annually
- Average sales income ranges from $120,000 to $150,000
- Guaranteed bi-weekly training pay for up to 6 months, plus uncapped commission up to 5%
- After training, transition to commission-only with up to 10% uncapped commission (option to switch after passing virtual training)

Training
The next training class begins June 1, 2026. Training includes:
- Two weeks of interactive virtual sessions, with written and practical assessments
- Weekly in-office attendance for mandatory sessions
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday through Friday, with every other Saturday required
- Appointments are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- No work on Sundays
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
