Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience in computer vision algorithm development; preference for those with experience in autonomous driving target detection training or mass production. Educational background: Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related fields; PhD candidates are preferred. Technical skills:a. Deep understanding of dynamic task challenges in real vehicle applications, with a preference for candidates who have experience in dynamic target functionality development and mass production.b. Preferably experienced in 3D object detection implementation, familiar with sensor technologies like Camera/Lidar.c. Proficient in deep learning frameworks (like PyTorch), with experience in BEV algorithm development.
