What You’ll Do:Oversee the complete project lifecycle from kickoff through installation, testing, turnover, and closeout. Coordinate efforts among internal teams, customers, technology vendors, subcontractors, internet service providers, and site-level stakeholders. Create and manage project schedules, task trackers, budgets, risk logs, and status updates. Lead project communications with clients, ownership groups, operators, and vendor partners. Support project intake, scope review, and handoff from sales, ensuring validation of deliverables prior to commencement of work. Manage various technology deployments including VoIP, cellular POTS replacement, bulk internet, managed WiFi, structured cabling, smart locks, access control, security cameras, and related property tech solutions. Monitor project milestones, dependencies, long-lead items, and field readiness to avert delays. Identify potential risks early and facilitate issue resolution with clarity and follow-through. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including scopes of work, meeting notes, change orders, punch lists, and closeout materials. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final acceptance to guarantee a seamless turnover to the customer. Ensure a professional and organized client experience throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to process enhancements as Redpoint continues to standardize and scale project delivery across service lines. Actively support products post-deployment by assisting customers and troubleshooting when necessary. What You’ll Need:Required:3–7+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
