Role Overview:
As a Project Manager at Inizio Evoke, you will be the cornerstone of our project operations. Acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities, you will collaborate closely with our account teams and serve as a vital link between various departments including strategic services, creative services, technology services, operations, accounting, and administration. You will oversee the comprehensive development of projects, ensuring adherence to established business protocols. This position reports to the Associate Director of Project Management and is available as a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in decision-making regarding processes, resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Guide cross-functional teams in executing marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
- Effectively communicate the agency's capabilities and processes to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while steering team efforts.
- Gain a deep understanding of departmental functions and workflows.
- Assess project needs for internal and external resources, coordinating with the resourcing manager to secure necessary support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate project feasibility based on scope and training.
- Identify potential risks impacting projects and proactively devise solutions to keep them on track.
- Establish project milestones for the agency, clients, and vendor partners.
- Create detailed project schedules ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Monitor project scope, details, and progress, providing regular updates to relevant teams.
- Prepare estimates for hours and expenses for new projects.
- Work alongside account services and finance to address budgetary challenges.
- Foster strong relationships with vendor and agency partners.
- Co-lead client status calls, updating agendas and discussing project status, budgets, and timelines alongside account services.
