As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of a thriving multi-million-dollar establishment and its diverse team. Your responsibilities include attracting, nurturing, and guiding a talented team of 50-100 individuals, all while focusing on their personal and professional growth. You will also be responsible for executing quarterly strategic goals and maintaining the highest standards in product quality, profitability, ambiance, and customer experience.
