As a Service Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our thriving restaurant, overseeing a team of 50-100 individuals. Your responsibilities will include attracting, retaining, and nurturing a high-performing team while ensuring their personal growth. You will adeptly execute quarterly strategic goals, all while maintaining exceptional standards in product quality, profitability, and customer experience.
