Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Embarking on an 8-week self-guided training program to understand all aspects of our operations, from the dining area to the kitchen.
- Receiving guidance and mentorship from a team of seasoned professionals.
- Post-training, you will assume critical duties such as:
- Leading, training, and mentoring a dedicated team.
- Overseeing inventory control and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Recruiting and developing talent within the team.
- Supporting daily operations while upholding our high service standards.
- Engaging with guests to ensure unforgettable dining experiences.
- Collaborating with the management team to drive the restaurant's success.
What We Provide:
- Competitive starting salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, dependent on experience.
- Performance-related compensation, with many General Managers achieving salaries exceeding $200,000 annually.
