Role Overview: Sales Executive (Tempe, AZ)
The Sales Executive role focuses on acquiring new business. This is a hunter position responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. After closing, accounts transition to the Client Success Team, allowing the Sales Executive to keep building new business.
What You Will Do
- Generate and secure new business through outbound strategies and self-sourced leads.
- Apply training to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects.
- Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations that align service benefits with client objectives.
- Build a referral network and maintain strong client relationships.
