You’ll identify new potentials, target companies, and persuade them of our services.

Consultation & Solution Selling
You will analyze your clients’ challenges and develop tailored strategies in marketing, sales, recruiting, and AI.

Strategic Sales
You will plan and implement sales approaches, recognize market opportunities, and contribute your own ideas.

Project Support & Success Assurance
You will guide our partners through their projects, ensuring successful implementation.

Account Development
You will enhance existing customer relationships and strategically expand them.

Collaboration Across Departments
You will work closely with marketing, media, and other teams to achieve optimal results.

Flexible Engagement
Your focus will primarily be on internal operations, complemented by occasional external appointments.

Your Profile – What You Bring:

You are passionate about sales and determined to succeed in this field.

You excel in communication, present yourself confidently, and possess negotiation skills.

You think entrepreneurially, identify opportunities, and act purposefully.

Ideally, you have initial experience in sales, customer contact, or consulting.

You work in a structured manner, independently, and maintain oversight even when handling multiple projects.

You are motivated, eager to learn, and wish to develop personally and professionally.
