Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and spearhead growth in the Dutch market. This pivotal role is centered on acquiring new customers, fostering long-lasting relationships, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively acquiring new customers across The Netherlands through outreach and relationship-building.
- Building and maintaining strong, ongoing collaborations with existing clients.
- Interacting with customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Meeting ambitious sales targets and KPIs, focusing on both volume and quality.
- Guiding customers through the purchasing process with expert advice and care.
- Managing order fulfillment and executing administrative tasks accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and English – essential.
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing position.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients throughout the country.
- A natural connector with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Industry knowledge is preferred.
- A technical background is a significant advantage.
