Refloor is hiring a Sales Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role offers the chance to build sales skills, connect with homeowners, and earn substantial income. Refloor provides training, resources, and ongoing support from experienced sales professionals.
What You Will Do
- Meet with homeowners to help them choose the right flooring solutions.
- Close sales using warm, company-provided leads, no cold calling or door-to-door sales.
- Deliver a five-star in-home experience for every customer.
- Take part in ongoing coaching and professional development.
Training and Support
- Complete a 4-week hands-on training program; the first 2 weeks are fully paid.
- Begin earning commission as soon as Week 3.
- Access a draw up to $1,600.
- Work a flexible, appointment-based schedule, 5 days a week.
Compensation
- First-year average earnings exceed $70,000; top performers can earn over $120,000.
- Uncapped commission structure, plus your draw.
- New hire bonus available after 90 days.
