WE ARE LOOKING FOR

An enthusiastic and experienced Team Assistant to join our Property Management team in Frankfurt, Germany, providing essential support to streamline our operations.


YOUR CHALLENGES WILL INCLUDE

  • Offering administrative and organizational support to the Property Management team.
  • Managing documents, contracts, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Coordinating and monitoring appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Facilitating communication with tenants, service providers, and internal departments.
  • Maintaining and updating data within real estate ERP systems.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Assisting with invoice verification and approval processes.
  • Handling general office administration tasks as needed.
