Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients in maximizing their return on investment in Dynamics 365.
- Establish and nurture long-term, high-quality business relationships built on trust and confidence.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their strategic objectives, program requirements, and operational processes.
- Showcase future-state solution implementations in alignment with the defined program strategies utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CE365 / CRM and associated technologies.
- Leverage your in-depth understanding of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics / CRM suite to enhance and expand solutions that align with client strategies.
- Deliver comprehensive solution demonstrations to clients.
- Innovate original approaches to enhance or transition existing processes and procedures.
- Create tailored solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Document the Program Solution Design meticulously.
- Assist Lead Consultants in evaluating complex functional specifications for high-stakes clients, including intricate integrations or significant modifications.
- Serve as the primary design authority among Solution Architects to facilitate solution development.
- Keep Client Programme Directors and Project Managers informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Share your expertise with project team members and fellow Hitachi Solutions consultants.
- Fulfill assigned responsibilities adhering to Hitachi Solutions Europe Ltd’s Quality Management Policy.
