Antadis is a dynamic, human-sized digital agency based in France, experiencing rapid growth and specializing in e-commerce environments. We guide our clients through their digital transformation by designing, implementing, and evolving their e-commerce platforms.
As part of our consulting service expansion, we are looking for an E-commerce Functional Consultant (H/F).
Working alongside a Senior Functional Consultant (H/F), your responsibilities will include:
Gathering client needs and collaborating with business teams through scoping missions or project support, ensuring comprehensive expression of those needs.
Supporting our clients' business teams during replatforming, redesign, and system change contexts, assisting in the selection and implementation of market solutions (CMS, PIM, OMS, WMS, etc.).
Preparing and facilitating functional design workshops with client teams.
Developing a comprehensive functional and technical scope based on client needs, which will serve as a roadmap throughout the project execution phase.
Formalizing all necessary client deliverables to summarize and convey information from the consulting and scoping phases.
Participating in the project phase as the guarantor of the initial objectives set during the scoping phase.
Contributing to change management in collaboration with client teams.
Conducting functional monitoring and market solution research (e-commerce CMS, WMS, OMS, etc.).
Participating in certain project phases (tool configuration, user training, etc.).
