Role Overview

The E-commerce Manager leads the performance and growth of the Matt Sleeps webshop. This position sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and product. The role involves driving conversion rate optimization, running experiments, and supporting scalability. Oversight of a major webshop migration project is also part of the job. Collaboration with external agencies ensures that A/B testing, new features, and improvements move forward quickly and efficiently.

What You Will Do

  • Own key e-commerce metrics: conversion, average order value, revenue, and funnel optimization
  • Build and execute a structured CRO roadmap
  • Run ongoing A/B tests (UX, copy, pricing, flows) and turn findings into actions
  • Manage and challenge external partners (development, CRO, analytics)
  • Prioritize the backlog and push for fast implementation of improvements
  • Analyze data using GA4, heatmaps, and funnel tools, then report insights
  • Work closely with marketing (paid, CRM, content) to boost campaign conversions
  • Prepare for international expansion, including localization, UX changes, and tooling

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years’ experience in e-commerce, growth, or CRO roles
  • Strong analytical skills and a habit of making decisions based on data
  • Comfort with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms (such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, or Optimizely)
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies
  • Ability to set priorities independently and take ownership of outcomes
  • Skilled at moving between strategy and hands-on execution
