What We Expect From You:Relevant experience as an implementation specialist in e-commerce technology or related fields (ERP implementation, PO/PM tasks, development). Fluent Hungarian and proficient English communication skills, with experience in business communication, project management, and software implementation as core competencies. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating persistence until tasks are fully and successfully completed. Familiarity with tech stacks and development experience; PHP knowledge is an advantage. A positive attitude towards others, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Dedication, a responsible approach, precision, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setup.

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with clients in implementing and customizing the Base system to fit their specific IT environment. Given that our system is an e-commerce ERP with over 1,700 integrations, no two implementations are alike.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for answering client inquiries, guiding them through system setup and customization, assisting in data quality management, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client meetings and discussions post-contract to gather necessary information and data for implementation.
  • Prepare cost and time estimates for clients.
  • Configure and customize the system based on unique client requirements, including databases, integrations, and related components.
  • Explore alternative solutions for unresolvable issues, whether through workarounds or development proposals.
  • Program missing functionalities (e.g., writing custom scripts) according to client needs.
  • Log IT tickets for required new developments.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, gather feedback, and manage approvals.
  • Audit the platform and verify its operational status.
