We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with clients in implementing and customizing the Base system to fit their specific IT environment. Given that our system is an e-commerce ERP with over 1,700 integrations, no two implementations are alike.
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for answering client inquiries, guiding them through system setup and customization, assisting in data quality management, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings and discussions post-contract to gather necessary information and data for implementation.
- Prepare cost and time estimates for clients.
- Configure and customize the system based on unique client requirements, including databases, integrations, and related components.
- Explore alternative solutions for unresolvable issues, whether through workarounds or development proposals.
- Program missing functionalities (e.g., writing custom scripts) according to client needs.
- Log IT tickets for required new developments.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, gather feedback, and manage approvals.
- Audit the platform and verify its operational status.
