Role Overview
The eCommerce Manager joins the Client Services team in Baltimore, MD. This position acts as the main point of contact for clients, guiding eCommerce strategies and execution across a range of retailers and intermediaries. The role involves daily client management, leading account teams, and ensuring clients receive outstanding service and results. Success in this position requires strong commercial awareness, digital commerce expertise, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
