Position Overview: As the Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing eDiscovery engagements, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality and timeliness. You will cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their technical requirements, and provide expert guidance on best practices. Your proactive approach will help identify and mitigate potential project challenges ahead of time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful execution of Relativity projects.
- Manage the full project lifecycle in alignment with client specifications.
- Monitor delivery timelines, ensuring quality assurance, and adapt to changes in project scope.
- Engage with clients to proactively suggest improvements to their workflows.
- Address client inquiries regarding Relativity and tailor application functions to meet their objectives.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Facilitate document disclosures using Relativity and LAW.
- Create custom event handlers and Relativity scripts to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to allocate resources effectively based on client timelines and priorities.
- Act as a liaison between production staff and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Employ strong analytical skills to research solutions and determine the best course of action.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed according to client and industry standards, meeting job specifications and deadlines.
- Contribute to new business development by participating in client meetings alongside sales teams.
