Join TransPerfect as an eDiscovery Project Manager within our dynamic legal technology team. Our E-Discovery division features a diverse group of professionals, including biochemists, programmers, engineers, and legal experts who have transitioned into legal technology specialists.
As the Project Manager, you will be pivotal in managing eDiscovery projects, ensuring their successful execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and timeliness. You will cultivate strong relationships with clients, familiarize yourself with their technical requirements, and provide expert advice on best practices. Your proactive approach will help identify and resolve potential project challenges before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of Relativity projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle based on client specifications and expectations.
- Monitor delivery timelines, ensure quality assurance, and manage any changes in project scope.
- Engage with clients to offer solutions that enhance their workflow efficiency.
- Address client inquiries regarding Relativity and perform application functions to fulfill their needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.
- Execute document disclosures utilizing Relativity and LAW software.
- Create custom event handlers and Relativity Scripts to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate closely with production staff to allocate resources effectively based on client priorities.
- Act as a key liaison between production teams and clients throughout project phases.
- Apply strong analytical skills to explore potential solutions and determine the best course of action.
- Ensure compliance with client and industry standards throughout all project stages.
- Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings alongside sales teams.
