- Conduct virus scans using multiple antivirus tools before transferring data to the Agency's network.

- Follow established protocols for various document handling, including sensitive and international documents.

- Ensure data completeness and readiness for loading into Relativity.

- Monitor incoming productions via email and the Agency's FTP site.

- Scan and OCR small paper documents as needed.

- Coordinate off-site scanning for large volumes of paper documents.
