Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System to log productions.
- Summarize extensive cover letters and assess the relevance of content for loading into Relativity.
- Communicate with producing parties to retrieve passwords for encrypted media.
- Conduct thorough virus scans using advanced protection software before integrating data into the Agency's network.
- Implement established protocols for handling sensitive documents, including whistleblower and RFPA documents.
- Analyze productions to determine processing requirements and ensure data completeness.
- Monitor incoming productions via email and the Agency's FTP site.
- Prepare physical documents for electronic loading by scanning and performing OCR as needed.
