What will your challenges be?
- Develop presentations for prospective schools showcasing Arco's educational materials and resources;
- Assist in crafting sales arguments for our solutions;
- Actively participate in sales team events, leading training sessions, engaging in sales simulations, and helping to create meeting agendas;
- Join the sales team during meetings and school visits;
- Support the sales team in negotiations and contract closures;
- Address inquiries related to educational materials;
- Conduct training for commercial teams (Insides, analysts, consultants, and coordinators);
- Serve as the product knowledge point of contact within the sales team.
We seek talents who possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Teaching, or related fields;
- Experience in the classroom and/or pedagogical coordination;
- Knowledge of educational solutions/materials;
- Valid driver's license and availability to drive;
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and autonomous profile;
- Assertive communication, persuasive skills, active listening, and ease in public speaking;
- Good teaching ability for presentations and training.
Desirable attributes that impress:
- Experience in implementing or monitoring educational solutions;
- Familiarity with active methodologies, educational technologies, or school management;
- Ability to engage and enchant partner schools.
