Collaborate with engineering teams throughout product development, validation, and qualification phases. Maintain the calibration, safety, and operational readiness of testing stations and equipment. Adhere to ESD, safety, and cleanroom protocols where applicable. Contribute to the development and enhancement of test fixtures, setups, and documentation processes. Qualifications:An Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
