Key Responsibilities:Execute comprehensive testing of electrical and electronic components following detailed engineering specifications and established test protocols. Utilize and maintain advanced automated and manual testing equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and custom test setups. Perform functional, continuity, insulation resistance, hipot, and performance evaluations. Assist with environmental testing methods such as thermal cycling, vibration assessments, burn-in, and reliability evaluations. Interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, test plans, and documentation to efficiently carry out testing procedures. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic failures, documenting findings and proposing corrective measures. Accurately log and report test results to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with engineering teams throughout product development, validation, and qualification phases. Maintain the calibration, safety, and operational readiness of testing stations and equipment. Adhere to ESD, safety, and cleanroom protocols where applicable. Contribute to the development and enhancement of test fixtures, setups, and documentation processes. Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance product reliability. Qualifications:An Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electrical/electronic testing environments.
