You will engage with leadership and various teams across the organization—including engineering, manufacturing, IT, Security, G&A, and internal operations—to dissect complex problems and craft sustainable, scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks from urgent operational problem-solving to redesigning processes and leading high-impact projects, all aimed at advancing one of Anduril's newest business lines. The Operations team in Intelligence Systems has three core responsibilities:Establishing operational processes for our Program Execution team, ensuring that world-class program managers can seamlessly execute contracts. This includes streamlining business processes, documenting workflows, enhancing data capture and analytics, and providing actionable insights to inform leadership decisions and optimize business outcomes.Facilitating the expansion of our operations across three locations, acting as a cohesive force among cross-functional teams (Program Execution, IT, Security, Facility Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing) to ensure swift and flawless execution of expansion initiatives.
