Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least ten (10) years of relevant experience focused on electrical design and engineering for data center infrastructure, or a demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional Engineer License (P. E.) is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in electrical design and engineering, specifically for data center infrastructure. Extensive experience in electrical engineering for data centers or critical facilities. Proficient knowledge of NEC (NFPA70). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust background in electrical engineering, particularly in high-density data center environments, and will be crucial in guaranteeing the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our electrical infrastructure.
This position allows for a flexible remote work schedule, with the possibility of being based from various locations across the U. S. where AECOM has offices.
While primarily remote, occasional travel may be required for client meetings, key project milestones, and collaboration sessions. Travel will be scheduled in advance and is expected to be infrequent.
