Your expertise will ensure our workforce is fully equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in a fast-paced data center environment.This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in Dallas or San Antonio, Texas, Chicago, IL, or Phoenix, AZ.Responsibilities:Content Development & Delivery: Create engaging training content utilizing tools like Articulate 360, eLearning platforms, and video production software.Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences and technical backgrounds.Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials.Curriculum & Program Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive training plans and curricula for various roles.Ensure training programs align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and operational standards.Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across departments.Training Administration & Reporting: Monitor and report on training completion, effectiveness, and compliance metrics.Maintain accurate training records and documentation within the Learning Management System (LMS).Provide regular updates on training progress and areas for improvement to leadership.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Operations, Engineering, Safety, Security, and IT teams to identify training needs and priorities.Support compliance training initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.Work with emerging departments as the organization grows to keep training programs relevant and comprehensive.Assist in developing role-specific competency models and career pathways.
