Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field is preferred.10 to 15 years of progressive experience in managing electrical construction projects, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure and modernization initiatives. Demonstrated proficiency with medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, emergency power systems, and mission-critical facilities. Proven track record of managing electrical work in occupied facilities and highly regulated environments. In-depth knowledge of NEC, NFPA standards, OSHA regulations, and federal construction requirements. Experience in coordinating outages, phasing plans, and commissioning activities. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of leading field teams and effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to documentation, quality control, and safety practices.
