We are currently in search of an Electrical Project Superintendent to oversee the construction of some of the most challenging and exciting projects in the Southwest, encompassing commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater treatment facilities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of corporate safety and quality plans with project-specific requirements throughout the project duration.
- Oversee job site safety and collaborate closely with the Safety team to ensure that project safety plans are aligned with Corbins, customer expectations, and industry standards.
- Directly support Foremen and Field Superintendents in fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Maintain quality standards of site production by working alongside the QA/QC department to develop and implement project QA/QC execution plans.
- Foster strong working relationships with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and Human Resources to ensure the project team operates at maximum capacity while adhering to Corbins’ policies.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure accurate labor projections and adherence to project schedules.
- Lead the creation of comprehensive project plans that incorporate all requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
- Mentor and develop Field Superintendents and Foremen, holding them accountable for their managerial responsibilities.
- Build rapport with customers by demonstrating integrity, honesty, and transparency while effectively managing risks and upholding contract obligations.
