About the Role

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to take charge in designing automotive-grade wire harnesses while collaborating closely with engineering teams and suppliers. You will spearhead the design of wire harness and electrical distribution systems, ensuring that program milestones and quality standards are consistently met.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design the routing and retention of harnesses, cables, and connectors to promote easy assembly, serviceability, and robust functionality.
  • Develop BOMs, wire, and material specifications.
  • Create and manage CAD (3D models, assemblies, 2D drawings) using SolidWorks and Altium for low-voltage, high-voltage, and high-speed vehicle interconnects.
  • Collaborate across functions to drive timely program delivery.
  • Work with OEMs, vendors, and partners to pinpoint optimal wire harness solutions for Applied Intuition’s vehicle platform.
