Responsibilities:Spearhead the creation of automated testing equipment for functional, environmental qualification, and manufacturing acceptance tests. Evaluate test outcomes to pinpoint failure modes, lead root cause analysis, and implement design enhancements. Draft, execute, and review test plans, procedures, and reports. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of testing initiatives. Foster ongoing improvements in test system infrastructure, processes, and practices. Basic Success Criteria:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of comprehensive electronics hardware testing or development experience in a professional setting. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (C, C++, Python) with the capability to develop and maintain test software. Strong diagnostic skills to methodically identify, document, and resolve electronic hardware issues.
