Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Microelectronics & Electromechanical Assembly:Conduct electrical and mechanical in-process checks, analyses, and reworks of intricate precision parts and assemblies, including continuity and isolation testing, wiring, and wire harness fabrication. Execute the precision assembly of microelectronics components, which includes soldering, PCB rework, prototyping, and assembly tasks. Perform soldering and rework of components as necessary, ensuring optimal reliability and functionality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to design and prototype solutions for technical challenges; assist engineers with the assembly, testing, and modification of RF systems and related subsystems. Testing and Quality Assurance:Set up and configure test equipment. Conduct inspections, functional tests, and validate microelectronics circuits to ensure compliance with performance and reliability specifications. Identify and troubleshoot defects and issues, implementing corrective actions as required. Documentation:Maintain precise records of assembly and testing processes, including detailed documentation of test results, failures, and any necessary rework. Assist in the formulation and upkeep of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for microelectronic assembly and testing.
