VAGA ABERTA | Network Engineer – Band 2Estamos à procura de um Network Engineer (Band 2) para fornecer suporte especializado em redes e data centers (H&F Support) dentro de um ambiente corporativo de médio a grande porte. ResponsabilidadesAssistência em dispositivos de rede, incluindo Switches, Roteadores e Access Points (preferencialmente Cisco).Configuração e gestão de VLANs nas portas de switch.Patching de portas telefônicas para switches.Diagnóstico e resolução de problemas em telefones Avaya VOIP (configuração básica).Identificação de problemas em links de fibra entre switches.Substituição e solução de problemas de blades/chassis de switches.Colaboração com equipes internas, clientes e fornecedores durante incidentes técnicos.Atuação em IMACD (Instalação, Movimentação, Adição, Alteração e Descarte) de equipamentos de rede e data center.Suporte em ambientes de Data Center, incluindo servidores, armazenamento e equipamentos de rede. Requisitos TécnicosConhecimento sólido em Networking e Sistemas Operacionais.Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento (ex: SolarWinds).Conhecimento básico de Hardware (servidores e armazenamento).Compreensão de resultados de ferramentas de monitoramento.Conhecimento básico em ITSM, preferencialmente ServiceNow.Conhecimento em:Windows Server 2003 / Active Directory.MS Exchange 2003.File & Print Server.Desejável conhecimento em Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM).Experiência prática em data centers corporativos ou ambientes de hospedagem.
