Job Title: Electronics Procurement Analyst

Role Summary:

As an Electronics Procurement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical support to the Global Technology Center (GTC) Procurement Team and the broader Procurement Organization, ensuring our operations are efficient and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and prepare on-demand, monthly, and quarterly reports, including year-to-date analyses.
Deliver analytical insights to the GTC, Category, and Sourcing Teams.
Educate the Procurement Team on IT Analytical Solutions to enhance decision-making.
Assist in Master Data analysis to support the GTC.
Publish and report on Procurement performance metrics, driving accountability and transparency.
Investigate and analyze Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) elements for informed procurement strategies.
Provide price comparisons and benchmarks for commodities to facilitate competitive sourcing.
Assess category success through tracking savings, diversity spend, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Support category and sourcing teams in monitoring progress against category plans.
Collect commodity data to assist in the Strategic Sourcing and supplier selection process.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Contribute to initiatives aligned with Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, and ISO standards while adhering to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) protocols.
