We are in search of a skilled ELV & Security Systems Supervisor to spearhead the design, proposal, and execution of cutting-edge integrated security and low-current systems. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in systems such as CCTV, Access Control (ACS), IPTV, MATV, Fire Alarm (FA), Public Address (PA), Intercom, Intrusion Detection, Parking Management, and Digital Signage. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing technical offers, conducting site assessments, crafting cost-efficient solutions, and partnering with sales teams to ensure the delivery of top-notch security proposals. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Proposal & Solution Development:
· Prepare detailed technical offers that include introductions, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), solution descriptions, drawings, and project timelines.
· Generate accurate client quotations based on BOQ and specifications, ensuring precision before finalization.
· Collaborate with the Sales Team to devise optimal security solutions and provide necessary technical support.
· Draft technical and commercial proposals while maintaining thorough documentation of contracts, pricing, and configurations.
Market & Client Interaction:
· Identify market trends and emerging security technologies to foster business opportunities.
· Engage with clients to understand their requirements, amend proposals, and finalize pricing.
· Follow up with clients to gather feedback, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Site Evaluation & Implementation Assistance:
· Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and the feasibility of proposed solutions.
· Collaborate closely with engineering and installation teams to ensure efficient project execution.
