Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a talented Embedded Engineer to design, implement, and sustain ROS 2-based software tailored for real-time embedded Linux systems. This role involves the integration of sensors, actuators, and peripheral devices using C++. You will collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to guide these embedded systems from initial concept through integration, testing, and commissioning, both on-site and in-house.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, develop, and maintain ROS 2 nodes and packages for real-time embedded Linux systems, primarily utilizing C++.
Integrate various sensors, actuators, and peripheral devices within the ROS2 framework.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and robotics engineers, to deliver cohesive solutions.
Ensure system compatibility with containerization tools such as Docker for effective deployment.
Provide both on-site and remote support for deployment, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
