Role Overview:
As the EMEA Community Programs Contractor, you will be the primary contact for our enthusiastic community across the EMEA region, supporting community-driven initiatives on a larger scale. You will be a vital part of the EMEA Marketing team, collaborating closely with community stakeholders both regionally and globally.
The success of this position will be measured by the satisfaction of community members, the smooth operation of programs, and the establishment of repeatable processes that facilitate community expansion across different markets.
This is a contractor position based in Dublin with a hybrid work model (3 days a week) at the Notion office.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the daily point of contact for our community, addressing challenges and ensuring programs run efficiently.
- Conduct regular community engagement activities (e.g., office hours, enablement sessions, and communication cadences) to foster healthy involvement across markets.
- Facilitate community-led meetups by managing logistics, resources, and reusable guides.
- Monitor and report on program health (e.g., participation rates, satisfaction levels) and document insights to enhance processes over time.
- Collaborate with the global Community team and EMEA stakeholders to align goals, share effective practices, and continuously refine our community support strategies.
