Responsibilities:Oversee various HR administrative tasks such as benefits and compensation inquiries, talent acquisition assistance, onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee data, and generating HR reports. Investigate and resolve employee inquiries by liaising with teams across the People organization, or escalating issues when necessary, ensuring consistency across multiple EMEA countries. Prepare monthly payroll, provide employees access to benefits information, and support initiatives aimed at process improvements within the Operations team. Collaborate with EMEA and Global teams on finance, tax, and compliance issues impacting Rioters in the region. Assist in formulating and updating policies and procedures, contributing to the refinement of existing processes and the launch of new initiatives. Work alongside the Central Benefits team to deliver top-tier benefits to employees. Support project delivery both within the team and in cooperation with the broader EMEA People team. Contribute to ongoing improvements in HRIS, ensuring system efficiency and data integrity. Develop and maintain knowledge bases and resources for team and employee access. Assist in onboarding and training team members to promote alignment and operational excellence. Aim to meet performance and service level metrics regarding timeliness and accuracy. Required Qualifications:A minimum of 4 years experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist, particularly within EMEA HR administration and operations. Proficiency in payroll processes. Experience in HR shared services within the EMEA region. Strong knowledge of HR best practices applicable in EMEA.

The EMEA People Operations Shared Service Specialist acts as a central HR contact for Riot Games in Dublin. This position supports the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding new hires to managing offboarding activities. The role handles a broad range of HR inquiries from employees, managers, HR team members, and former staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to HR-related questions from current and former employees, managers, and HR partners
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for Rioters across the EMEA region
  • Collaborate with the Global People Team to maintain fair and transparent HR practices
  • Help foster a culture built on trust, openness, and fairness

Team and Reporting

This role reports to the Manager of People Operations EMEA and joins a global group of HR professionals focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.

Location

This position is based onsite at Riot Games’ Dublin City Centre office.
