Summary

We are excited to announce that our Operations Team is expanding! We seek an Enablement Manager to support all case operations within our legal teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to provide training, management, and enhance productivity for our case staff across various regions, directly contributing to the optimization of business operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and nurture litigation staff across multiple markets, aligning their performance with team objectives and broader business goals.
• Monitor compliance among case staff while fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement operational goals for case staff and assess performance in real-time using KPIs and dashboards.
• Address and resolve challenges faced by case staff by coordinating support from other departments (e.g., Learning & Development, IT, HR).
• Conduct audits of case files to ensure efficiency and timely metric achievement by employees.
• Develop and execute additional auditing processes for performance evaluations.
• Analyze metrics to proactively identify areas for case staff improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions for case staff in collaboration with the internal Learning and Development Team.
• Guide case staff in proactive negotiation of claims towards settlements.
• Contribute to team strategic initiatives and assist in establishing shared standards and processes.
• Communicate the firm’s goals and vision to staff effectively.
• Onboard new hires and facilitate shadowing with existing litigation staff.
• Cultivate relationships with case staff and attorneys across all regions.
