The End-to-End Telecommunications Engineer in the Service Assurance team is tasked with ensuring the stability and performance of satellite-to-mobile services by diagnosing and resolving cross-domain issues that affect satellite, RAN, core, transport, and OSS layers.
This role operates within the Service Assurance organization, acting as the technical authority for multi-domain incident analysis. The engineer collaborates closely with PSC Agents, NOC Telco Engineers, and Managed Services teams to restore services, validate service flows, and ensure compliant end-to-end connectivity during launch, early-life support, and steady-state operations.
Critical to maintaining service integrity for satellite-to-mobile communications, the E2E Telco Engineer ensures that incidents are not only resolved but are comprehensively understood across domains, facilitating reliable service delivery, bolstering customer confidence, and supporting scalable global operations.
