Role overview
Expression is hiring an Endpoint Specialist to support the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) in Boulder, CO. The focus of this position is the management and security of Windows and Macintosh laptop endpoints across the organization. Daily work involves configuring devices, managing patching processes, applying operating system updates, and maintaining compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements.
This role also includes implementing and enforcing mobile device management (MDM) policies, overseeing enterprise patching platforms, and collaborating with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security aligns with NTIA’s overall security strategy.
What you will do
- Administer and secure Windows and macOS laptop endpoints
- Configure devices and ensure timely updates
- Manage patching and operating system upgrades
- Enforce MDM policies throughout the organization
- Oversee enterprise patching platforms
- Work with cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance with federal standards
Requirements
- Experience administering macOS devices with JAMF
- Proficiency using enterprise patching tools such as BigFix, WSUS, MECM, or similar
- Background working in secure federal environments
