Resource Innovations is on the lookout for an Energy Efficiency Program Manager to expand our dedicated team in Arizona. We are in search of an enthusiastic and expert Program Manager with a robust background in energy efficiency to lead and manage a team of internal staff and subcontractors for the successful execution of a federally funded Home Appliance and Electrification Rebate program. This initiative aims to provide energy and cost savings to individuals across the state.
Your role will encompass the daily oversight of operations, which includes energy assessments, contractor management, reporting and forecasting, customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Program Manager will be a pivotal figure both internally and externally, responsible for crafting both short and long-term implementation plans, driving program activities, and fostering strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and program contacts.
