What You'll Do

Collaborate closely with designers, artists, data analysts, and fellow engineers to bring innovative ideas to fruition and enhance the player experience continuously.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code across various systems, including gameplay, LiveOps tooling, and backend integration.
Prototype new features, systems, and AI-assisted workflows that foster speed and creativity within the team.
Learn from and contribute to a world-class engineering organization, helping shape our future work methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
A solid foundation in programming across any language, coupled with a passion for creating delightful player experiences.
A curiosity about how AI can enhance creativity and productivity, whether through prompt workflows, automation, or integrating AI tools into content pipelines.
A systems design mindset: understanding scalability, evolution, and maintaining clean and efficient systems.
Proficiency in Unity and C#, along with familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, or cloud services.
A unique perspective, whether you are a self-taught developer, a career explorer, or someone from a different creative discipline.
Bonus Points
Experience contributing to creative or technical projects, such as games, tools, mods, or code that you are proud of.
Familiarity with backend systems, data pipelines, or infrastructure observability.
Previous exposure to shipping live games, although we are open to teaching you that aspect.
