QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience; equivalent work experience will be considered. 5+ years of hands-on administration experience with Windows operating systems. 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing VMware environments. 5+ years of hands-on administration experience with RHEL or other Linux distributions. Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects, prioritizing resources and timelines effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Results-driven team player dedicated to fulfilling team commitments. Experience in system configuration automation using scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Bash, or DevOps tools like Chef or Puppet. Capability to mentor technical operations personnel in relevant technologies as necessary. A solid understanding of the competitive landscape from both business and technical perspectives is advantageous. AWS experience in designing, provisioning, monitoring, and managing cloud environments is a plus.
