We are seeking an experienced project leader to initiate, direct, and realize this initiative, expected to last approximately one year.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will lead an organization-wide project where you:Define objectives and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.Analyze current processes, systems, and information provisions.Determine project scope, phases, and approach (preferably agile).Select and prioritize use cases.Identify and structure the necessary data.Optimize processes wherever possible.Select and implement suitable BI and project management tools.Develop management reports and dashboards focusing on financial analyses, progress reporting, project, and resource management.What You BringProven skills in project management; planning, executing, and monitoring projects to implement and support process changes.Strong analytical skills, persuasive communication, vision, and the ability to rise above the details to understand processes and identify areas for improvement.Knowledge and practical experience with BI tools and technologies to develop solutions that align with business needs.You possess a strong presence backed by expertise.Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English to effectively engage with various stakeholders.What We Offer YouWorking at NLR means being part of a national and international high-tech environment.
